Swedish among the U.S. News & World Report Best Hospitals for 2021-22

The U.S. News & World Report 2021-22 Best Hospitals rankings analyzed over 4,500 hospitals, which represents virtually all community inpatient facilities across the country.

Congratulations to Swedish First Hill, which is ranked among the Best Hospitals in Seattle Metro as well as in Washington. Swedish Cherry Hill is also ranked among the Best Hospitals in Washington, ranked in the top 50 nationally for Best Hospitals in Rehabilitation, and received a High Performing rating for stroke. Finally, Swedish Edmonds and Swedish Issaquah both achieved High Performing ratings for their care in the focus area of heart failure.

The U.S. News Best Hospitals specialty rankings are meant for patients with life-threatening or rare conditions who need a hospital that excels in treating complex, high-risk cases. These rankings are helpful for patients looking for information about a rare condition or difficult diagnosis that isn’t treated at many facilities.
